Teso Education Fund (TEF), is a small but ambitious 1-year old charity organisation number 1196225 with a mission to empower young people through education.

To achieve this ambition and position TEF as a strategic player in education, we are recruiting 2 trustees to strengthen our governance function and a fundraising manager to strengthen our fundraising function.

We are looking for trustees with experience in charity governance, working with international charities or fundraising.  We are particularly interested in trustees from backgrounds which are underrepresented in our Board of Trustees.

We are looking for an experienced fundraising manager with excellent leadership skills and networking abilities. The fundraising manager will be responsible for building good relationships with prospective donors and clients across multiple sectors, and communicating with the broader public. You should be well organized, proactive, and have the ability to persuade potential supporters and donors.
