The Government of Uganda with support from the World Bank under the Albertine Region Sustainable Development Project (ARSDP), UTC-Kichwamba in Partnership with Coventry University UK, have developed four highly competitive, internationally adapted, and recognised Competency-Based Training Programmes for Construction trades that support the Oil and Gas Industry.
The Government of Uganda will subsidise this training for the first intake of 60 qualifying Ugandan nationals per trade to a maximum of 80%.
There are 240 scholarships available. Applicants admitted on scholarship will contribute about 2 million shs only for the whole course.
The Office of the Academic Registrar invites interested applicants for the first cohort beginning in February 2021. Females are encouraged to apply.

Eligible candidates for the international technical certified programs should have a craft certificate in a recognized programme offered in Uganda.
